Privacy Policy

Effective October 28, 2026

The short version: Tic-Tac-Toe GO! doesn't collect any personal data. There are no accounts, no ads, no analytics, and no tracking, and the game has no servers. Your scores and settings stay on your device.

This policy covers the Tic-Tac-Toe GO! app for iPhone and iPad and its iMessage app (together, "the app"), made by Alien Planet Games ("we," "us"), an independent game studio in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. It explains what happens to information when you use the app. Our studio privacy policy covers our website and other products.

What we collect

Nothing. The app doesn't send any information to us or to anyone acting for us. We don't use analytics, crash reporting, advertising, or tracking services, and we don't track you across other apps or websites.

What stays on your device

To work, the app saves the following on your device only:

The app and its iMessage app share these settings with each other on your device. They're removed when you delete the app, and may be included in your device backups according to your own iCloud or computer backup settings.

Apple services the app uses

Some features use Apple's services. When you use them, Apple handles that information under the Apple Privacy Policy, not us.

Children

The app is suitable for all ages. Because it doesn't collect personal data from anyone, it doesn't collect personal data from children.

Your rights

We hold no personal information about you from the app, so there's nothing for us to access, correct, or delete. To remove everything the app has saved, delete the app from your device. To manage Game Center data, use the Game Center settings on your device or contact Apple.

Changes

If the app ever starts collecting information, we'll update this policy and the "Effective" date above before that version is released.
